What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga and meditation, tried and tested for over 3,000 years is the « mother » of all yogas that has maintained its purity of teachings. It was brought to North American by Yogi Bhajan in 1968 as a yoga for householders, for people who have to cope with daily challenges of life and stresses of holding jobs, raising families and managing businesses.
It is a doable yoga for all using, dynamic posture, gentle stretches, relaxation, breathing techniques and meditation. It can be practiced on a mat or even sitting on a chair.
