What is it?
Meditation is the process of controlling the thoughtwaves of the mind and allowing our radiance to flow from our soul. In practical terms, it is quieting the mind long enough to just be – within you – without any artifice, without any outside distractions. When we come into this moment of just being, we can listen and sometimes get the answer to our burning question.
