40 Days of Gratitude

There are 2 kinds of habits: promoting habits and demoting habits. Our instinct is either to improve our Future or block our Future improvement.

We are controlled by our Habits, but, we can change, since the Mind responds to behaviour cycles.

It takes 40 days to change a habit.
The Moon governs the Mind; it cycles every 28 days. So, if you can last 12 days beyond that time you have the capacity to change.

It takes 90 days to confirm the Habit. Its like the 3 month cycle of the seasons; it’s a natural change cycle. If you can last 90 days, very strictly, you have the understanding to make it.
