What is it?
Nothing is more suited for a woman to prepare her body, her mind and soul than yoga and meditation Khalsa Way™.
Pregnancy is a time when a woman needs to feel supported and empowered as a mother and a woman, through gentle yoga postures, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques she can connect with her unborn child while she strengthens her body mind and spirit to receive her into the world.
It is also a wonderful opportunity to be in the company of other women and share their experiences.
A light snack and yogi tea are served for the Mamas after class.
