Breathwalking in India 2011 Karaikudi Tamil Nadu experience

Breath Walk is very simple, useful for all ages. I attended Yoga and exercises courses conducted very well known institutions in India. But due to my age (now 61 years) I could not continue those exercises.(Muscle constrains etc) In those institutions, I find the Trainers are lesser in number and the learners are around 40 per batch and hence the Trainer could not give his full attention to each individual. But we are fortunate that you taught to us the Breath Walk stage by stage. Took individual care and corrected us with patience. You came here for the second time here for follow up and that helped us to learn further. We learned it correctly and doing it with interest. Very aged women and men (even 65 years and above) are doing breathwalk regularly. Mind and body is relaxed and there is no strain. I learned how to breathe properly. My Physician reduced the strength of cholesterol tablet now. It is of very minimum strength. I am feeling very brisk. Mr. N. (now Breathwalk class-coordinator of Karaikudi Tamil Nadu, India)
Mrs & Mr.C: They feel that their back pain reduced. Breathing in left nostril helped him to have good sleep. Whenever they didn’t find time to attend class a t Arupathu Moovar, they do the exercises at home.
