Grief can be hard to experience, especially when one is just trying to survive the situation.
There are all kinds of griefs – different reasons, different situation, life changed, for relationships, and more.
This workshop is a bout taking that moment for a deep breath to discover what we are grieving and how we can be supported to allow it to unfold, so we can recognize it and process it in a healthy way.
This is a deeply personal, safe experience where we will mediate, do art and writing.

My brother in India once asked me if I could have one word that would describe the most important thing I have learned in my life up to this moment. That was in 2014.
This experiential workshop is about the place that Forgiveness plays in our lives. How and why, sometimes we suppress it or repress it. And other times, why it can be a release of our pain.
Let’s explore together and perhaps privately through our writing and art, how we perceive forgiveness, the myths around it and how we cope with it.
Can forgiveness by freedom? Can forgiveness heal our grievances no matter how bid or small? Can forgiveness help us move beyond our ego?

Who is my inner? How do I find out about her? Is she still present in my adult form? How is she doing? How do I know how she is feeling? How do I know what she experienced at the time that I was a child?
SO MANY QUESTIONS…
With the aid of drawing, journaling, painting, collage, and practicing meditation, we will connect to our inner child. We will develop the tools and the ways to be with her.
What are her emotional wounds, that we still carry as an adult?
What are her triggers, how do I recognize them and what do I do?
How can I become present to her, me as a mature, spiritual adult?
