This workshop is a follow up on the Brain Longevity and the 4 Pillars for reducing the risks of Alzheimer’s Disease.

It goes a little deeper into the neuroscience around keeping our brain healthy. It provides a blend of science, backed up with research, data/statistics that will blow your mind. We will also practice yoga, meditation and pranayamas that will support  our brain.  We learn about other ‘brain hacks’ that  positively impact  brain health.

This workshop is good for everyone.  Know your brain and what you can to to save it!
