This approach is based on 5 Saturdays sessions of 4 hours of duration – some in the fall face-to-face only and others only online.
Based on the book Dying into Life – The yoga of death, loss and transformation (2nd edition) and other notable sources, these workshops will guide us to better understand death, our relationship to death, and more.
These workshops are designed as information but even more important as a personal process on the yogic perspective of life and death.
We will offer you known and unknown tools where you will experience them in depth.
How can death define us as a human being and as a Soul?
What is our conscious journey on this subject?
What is my own story? Does this have an impact on my life and death?
What are the teachings of karmas, dharma and reincarnation?
What are the different types of death?
What are the stages of grief?
How do we see it for ourselves or for our loved ones?
During each session, we will learn more than these questions above. We will practice chair and bed yoga, meditations related to our subject, relaxation, journaling, processing through non judgment art, creating haiku poems, and sharing.
The dates are: September 30, October 21, November 11, January 20, 2024 and February 17.
These workshops are for Kundalini yoga teachers as well as continuous experienced practitioners of at least 5 years.
The full training is available in English only and is very expensive in US dollars and over 100 hours of class and support group time. It will start in January 2024, if you are interested.
I am a graduate of Level 1 & 2, and candidate at Level 3 of professional trainers.
I offer these workshops at a modest price so that teachers and experienced students on our Canadian territory can have access to these precious teachings.
The cost of the 5 workshops is $300. This 20-hour series will give you the essential of the full training.
If you have any questions about these workshops, please do not hesitate to contact me. We can discuss your participation and needs.
